Also, if your insurance plan requires you to obtain a referral to see a specialist, please get a referral from your primary care physician before your appointment with a FWRG physician.

NOTE: FWRG will verify your medical insurance coverage prior to your appointment and will contact you if there are any issues.
Patients are responsible for paying deductibles and co-payments at the time of their appointment or any outstanding patient balance. FWRG accepts most major credit and debit cards and checks that will be processed electronically. Also, to make it easy for our patients to pay their financial responsibilities, Fort Worth Renal Group offers a secure online bill payment method.
